JOYANG

JOYANG is a Chinese Canadian singer-songwriter from Vancouver, now based in the Bay Area. He immigrated from China at age 6, barely speaking English, and found refuge in music. Growing up immersed in Jay Chou and Chinese pop ballads.

Over time, his palette expanded to embrace jazz, R&B, and bedroom pop, creating a sound that blends Eastern warmth with Western indie influences: cinematic, intimate, and honest.

By day a software engineer, by night he writes, produces, mixes, and masters everything himself. Comforting melodies that offer solace even in life's darker moments.
